Choosing your cut-off temp 

If you will substitite the old fuse with resettable thermal fuse or simply adding one. It is important to know the right temp rating. Too close to normal working temp will cause the RTS to trip frquently. To high temp cut-off will stress the heating element when left dry before the RTS trips.
