You are outstanding, both as a Pianist and as well as a Teacher. Congratulations for your work. Please, continue to cover more repertoire. Best wishes to you, Miss Lee. A retired Piano Teacher from Portugal, José Augusto Reis

A very beautiful performance played at the perfect tempo for my taste. I played this 20 years ago and now I must go back to it and re-learn it with your suggestions. I can't wait. Thank You Jeewon! Best Regards.

Wahaoo ! Thank you so much for your video Jeewon. It's extremly interesting and contains many tips . Your sound and tone are rich and your explanations are clear. It looks so simple !... Actually it's not. I know , I try to play it properly as an amateur.

Amazing! That was the most concise, straight to the point video of making this piece more musical. Great practice suggestions.

What a beautiful interpretation, I'm nobody, but would it be cooler if there was more difference between piano and forte? The dynamics weren't that apparent, I don't know, I just tested and recorded.

25/1 is my favourite too. Are you going to revisit 25/6?

That was so hard. I need more time off from it. 😅

Please play and then talk, or talk and then play. Or play or talk.

Dr. Lee's voice is also melodic. I hear the piano alone in the spaces between her lecture. Try thinking of the two as if the lecture is part of the music. The piano and voice together, with the video, is clearest.

Is it true that chopin didn't like this piece he composed. He almost hated it

You're talking about fantasai impromptu
@verymozart
@verymozart 4 месяца назад
@@bufdud4 no the impromptu fantasy. I'm talking exactly about this studio op 25 n1 of the video. It seems he didn't like it

@@verymozart Chopin loved this piece and played it publicly right up until his death. You are probably thinking of another piece.
@verymozart
@verymozart 2 месяца назад
@@nickk8416 no it's this piece op 25 n 1. The thing he played it publicly is not evidence he liked it at all. Many authors of music pieces, paintings, books, didn't like pieces that were loved by the public. So it wouldn't be nothing surprising nor odd that chopin didn't like his Étude op 25 n 1
@nickk8416
@nickk8416 2 месяца назад
@@verymozart That is a ridiculous statement. You are ignorant of Chopin and his life. Quit pretending otherwise. The great Liszt/Chopin author Alan Walker says otherwise in his great Chopin biography. Sorry, I'll believe him. Stick with Mozart.
