There's bacteria everywhere.... some people don't wash hands after doing the 1 or 2, flies lay worms on uncovered delicious foods, cooks pick or wipe their nose or pimples during prepping, sweat drips onto your dish right before serving, the machete may not have been cleaned for several hours with old meats and oils marinating in the blade and so fort...

It's very unhygienic. The oven is out all year round and never cleans it. Rats play in it all year round also. That trailer is disgusting that fact that he's able to operate out if it is beyond me. If this was a restaurant would have been closed down.

@amgooder I've worked in "fine" restaurant. That isn't at all how we do it. I worked at Jimmy's uptown and Jimmy's downtown. I can tell you the chef Linda Japngie was very strict with the cleaning of our kitchen. We took pride in keeping our kitchen immaculate! Now, other restaurants I can not speak of!
