Totally enjoy the journey, wow you traveled me back so long ago, it was so sentimental ,I hope this is the word, but you see the evolution and changes and I'm happy you are good 💚💚💚 nice type of video, like the whole journey and how it worked out for the plant yeahiiii ^&^
I liked that you filmed this across time so we get to see all of the progress! Plus when it's all in one video you can appreciate the amount of growth more and have it fresh in your memory. Filming, editing, and plant care all get 12/10, great content!!
I got a melano wet stick for free with an order, and it rooted up beautiful in perlite (learned that from you). It took them about 6 weeks to root & start to give me a leaf! It’s been about 7 months & I have 5 leaves!
Thank you for taking the time to make this, I love this sort of video! Especially when different propagation methods are compared. It’s so nice to see them from beginning to end.
I was wondering where all the plant tubers were recently, you never disappoint!! Thanks for the awesome content, really appreciate the time and thought put into this video!! Keep them coming and yes, life is so weird with how much it changes, proud of you♥🎯
Yess! It was very cool traveling back in time with you on your melanochrysum journey. It must feel so rewarding to have all of this footage to sift through and put together to see it unfold in real time. I agree it's easy to forget how much our green babies have grown over time. You've inspired me to keep a photo log journal of sorts (just photos with captions lol) of my propagation and growth progress. Maybe if I'm consistent I can look forward to traveling back in my own journey the next time I have a little plant burn out or thrips outbreak or something lol. You are awesome. Thank you for sharing.
Very fun! Sometimes it can be hard to see if what we are doing will turn out well I had an n’ joy and pearls n’ jade plant and cuttings I decided they were too similar and cut them all up and put them together it’s been almost a year since then and I like just looked at it again recently and it has just filled out this wide flat pot so well I love it!
really dig these kinds of videos where we can see all the progress in one video!! super cool how you were able to make that one plant so much fuller. I hope it can turn into the mature little guy you’d like it to be very soon! cheers
I really like the way you did the video to show the progress of the plants. Also, your change of looks. I have to say that out of all the looks I really like the last one the best. That very short hair cut looks fantastic on you. That is a beautiful plant also.
I love seeing these videos where you get to see the progress of plants all in one video, nice! The Melanocrysum is def one of my fav's and it was satisfying watching the growth and especially seeing those beautiful leaves as you cut her up, such a gorgeous plant. It's been on my wishlist for a while now, hopefully I'll find one near me soon. Thanks for the time n effort put into this video. You rock, chick! 🎸😇🙏🌿
I have been watching your channel for awhile and I have really learned a lot and enjoy your content very much. This was an awesome video. Really enjoyed the updates as to what was happening with the plant. It helps to see it over the span of time in one place. All of your plants are gorgeous and I enjoy seeing how much love and thoughtful care you give to them. Really hope you do more vids like this one, but I enjoy them all and will always tune in. Thank you and keep up the great work. 👍

I’m AMAZED!!! You’ve done so well! Thank you so much for sharing this journey! This video is one of my favorites! Truly, it’s useful, inspiring, RISKY, SCARY, but look at your outcome! Wowza!!! YES PLEASE! SHOW US GROWTH UPDATES LATER DOWN THE LINE! This video IS AWESOME! Showing GROWTH!!! We Grow through what We Go through!!
Oh Fern this was too cute to watch. I loved you with the orange hair but now I feel like the short hair is just stunning on you. And of course the melano was beautiful and now I think I want to add it to my wishlist
I started my yoga journey 4 years ago and it's something I will never stop doing. Every so often I get more fitness focused and fall off the yoga wagon, but I always come back because it makes me feel amazing. I'm glad you are feeling better, mentally and physically, yoga is an awesome journey. Highly recommend Yoga with Adrienne here on RU-vid, she's a beautiful soul and has hundreds of great videos.
I bought a cutting recently of a Philo el choco red and my being dumb broke off the first little roots it had. I put it in moss and nothing happened, then hung it into my aquarium where it started to sliiiightly root. Since the leaf died off I had to take it out, snipped off the leaf and now it’s a wetstick sitting in perlite in a closed environment and now I need all the good vibes I can get so it grows! Your video just reassured me that perlite works so well if the humidity is high so I’m putting all my hopes into the perlite method!
I’m so happy with the amount of new videos coming this last week!!!! I love to watch your videos daily, you make me happy and i love you so much 🥺❤️ You motivate me to go to work because i know that when i’m gonna go home after, i’m gonna relax and watch you talk about plants 🤩❤️ Which is the best part of my dayyyyyyy
Yeah I like this type of content. I recently got a wet stick of this. It’s nice to see how the process will go and kind of the time frame I will be looking at.
Loved this video!! Really cool to see the whole journey with the way you combined all the videos into one 😍 Not gonna lie though, I was washing dishes not looking at the screen at the beginning UNTIL I heard “I’m about to move” 😳🤭 I was like “NOT AGAINNNNN,” then 🗣waittttt how old is this video I thought it was new but how does Fern have hair again?!? Thrown for a complete loop➰I tells ya 😂🤣
Great video!! I want one of these!! Also want a gloriosum! Your videos are so informative and doing it like this really helps to have it all in one place. Like I said…great job and thank you! 💚🌿🍃🌱
This plant is gorgeous.. The leaves are so beautiful & the new leaves with the orange....love them. Then look at the dragons scale (I think) behind you in the last part of video.... another stunning plant! Your collection is....WOW. I'm running out of adjectives LOL. Also my favorites are the yellow nails & the short hair
I just got a melonochrysom and verrucosum baby and I would love any advice on getting those large mature leaves. It seems it takes more than just a moss pole. Love seeing the progress over time in one video! Thanks so much for sharing and for all the work you put into this, and all your videos! Happy planting 🌺
Hey gurl! Hope you are well. I was terrified to prop mine.I finally did. Took 2 top cuts / 2 wet sticks and put in sphag in bag method. The cuttings are rooting and doing awesome! Wet sticks not much yet after 1 1/2 weeks. So stoked. You are a prop Queen, I know yours will do great.
I loved this video, watching the process of propagation's is so rewarding. I have to say you are looking so refreshed since your move, cutting your hair was a great choice, the color is awesome. Looks so cute short.
Great work! So happy they all thrive for you! I love how you put the whole process and end result all in one video, although it’s a lengthy one..I enjoy seeing it all together. XO from Greece
WOW! Cutting up that Melanochrysum definitely payed off. It turned out to be such a beautiful plant it's so nice and full. I caught your Tortum re pot that looked really good and is one my favorites too. This was fun to watch! 🌻
Yaas! I love seeing how much its progressed, and it was nice seeing the differences in prop methods. I actually got my first Melanochrysum hybrid (the Philodendron Splendid).
What a great video! I enjoyed seeing the different stages of this plant. Your hair is just stunning short! I had to go back to the video where you shaved it. Your natural color is quite beautiful. I am a hairdresser by trade. I look forward to seeing your grow out stages
WOW...this was a cool way to do a video. So much change and progress in so many areas. Your Melano looking lush and full right now. Can't wait until it gives you bigger leaves. Have you thought about putting some on planks?
The plank method didn't work great for me for my last philodendron, but I will be trying again one day! I think I might put a shingler on my plant in the meantime.
Omg! Thank you so much for this video! Melanocrysum is one of my favorite plants ever but I’m so scared to propagate it, specially in water, I’m so surprised it did so good! so helpful 💚💚💚
My melano as well as my tortum are both unwell-have them in humidity icu’s right now. Yours is goals and so gorgeous- hopefully I can turn mine around and have it thrive. Wish me luck! 🤞💜
I love watching your video's, I am a beginner and I think you are a great teacher and motivater. My melanochrysum is growing well, but just two gorgeous leaves and a long stem. After watching your video several times this week I decided to make wetstics. I love your videos, watch them several times . Where did you buy your plant sprayer, love to have it. Love your tea as well, but we don't have that in The Netherlands. Love, love, love Vancouver Isand we have been there. It's a magical place, we have precious memories of our stay.
Now I’m officially putting melanochrysum on my list. Also, I love your Ratfink-seque/SpongeBob nails when you were showcasing the new copper leaves! 💅🏽 💛
I wonder if floral pins would help secure the plant and not block growth with velcro....... I absolutely love the white on the very edge of the leaf. Stunning plant and great video fern!
