The roll motor is in the original cardboard box. There are 2 tracks per note, one to play the note and second is the damper to stop the note from playing like on a piano, or indeed to leave it to fade out without damping it at all. There are 44 strings on this model which needs tuning regularly and probably needs doing again soon.
