Sounds like my daily routine at work. It’s unfortunate that they have to resort to those tactics. But I allow my work and my attitude towards them to be genuine and professional. The military has given me the tools to help me in this difficult journey. I realize that being a person of values and integrity makes their darkness surface. I view this as a test of what I’m trying to achieve in my personal growth. Life is a beautiful gift for you to express yourself and share your experiences and knowledge with others. But you will always have those who choose other means of expressing themselves. They eventually become a person who nobody else will have anything to do with. They try to dim your light with methods of corruption and deception. I can accept their misfortunes and realize that they do not know what self love is. Grandiose covert narcissists are hard individuals to work for. It’s taught from their childhood and only gets worse with time and a lack of understanding and empathy. All you can do is try to understand what they are battling and how to combat their methods. Observation and intuition are great to help you see through their problems and how they operate. Not giving them the ability to gain satisfaction from their actions. Will make self sabotage their demise. 💯🦉👁️🙏😌
