Today's recipe is Chouquette, a simple but addictive dessert that you won't be able to stop eating once you try it.
Simple is best! I like fancy and colorful flavors, but I think I can eat basic desserts for a long time. You might find yourself putting one or two in your mouth without even realizing it! It's simple, so give it a try :)

🔸 Storage
The finished chouquette is crispiest and most delicious when eaten after it has cooled slightly after baking.
You can seal the remaining chouquette and eat it at room temperature. (4-5 days)
(For long-term storage, keep it in the freezer (2 weeks). You can also reheat it using an air fryer.)

50g milk
50g water
1g salt
2g sugar
60g all-purpose flour
90g eggs
40g unsalted butter
3g vanilla extract (optional)
50g pearl sugar (Hagel Sugar)
