Those are amazing looking! I made my first choux pastry last night..needs a bit of tweaking but it was still really good...fun to make. I did.. gougères, puffs and eclairs.. I cant wait to try this now!! They look delicous!! Good job and thank you !!

How do you store them to keep them cool when serve? Bcs i keep mine in chiller. But then when i want to serve them, the crust become soggy already😢

I keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. The crust should still be good after a couple days in the fridge. Are you using diplomat cream or whipped cream for the filling? Whipped cream is more "wet" and may cause it to be soggy. An alternative is to fill the cream puffs right before serving. It'll only take a couple minutes.
