Our time in Bohol had to come to an end. We loved it there! Our Glamping Alona ( / glampingalona ) place was the highlight. We loved it there and were sad to leave. We had a great driver to the ferry who told us fantastic fishing stories in the ocean. For example, he caught a 17-kilo marlin with a hand line, almost making their boat tip over.
When we arrived at the ferry, we got some yummy waffles at Waffle Story and Grace enjoyed dancing. We were amazed at how clear the water was right there at the dock.
When we arrived in Cebu, we packed all our things in a Grab and headed to the SM Seaside Mall. The teens had fun trying Chowking to see if it was good or not. We always joke that it is called Choking, so they wanted to see for themselves how it was. They also got some Halo Halo for our niece, Lily, to try. After lunch, we went to a movie. We had fun watching the new live-action Little Mermaid 2023. It was a lot of fun to go to a movie again!
