"Existing law, with certain exceptions, prohibits a person who is not a citizen of the United States from being appointed as a member of the California Highway Patrol. This bill would remove that prohibition, and would make conforming changes," the bill states. *SB 747: Citizenship for Essential Workers Act this bill establishes a mechanism for eligible aliens who worked as essential workers during the declared COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency to apply for and obtain permanent resident status. The bill also narrows certain grounds for deportability and inadmissibility. To be eligible for permanent resident status under this bill, an alien must have earned income at any point during the COVID-19 emergency period doing work deemed essential by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or a state or local government. An alien may also be eligible if that alien is a parent, spouse, or child of (1) an eligible alien who died from COVID-19, or (2) a member of the Armed Forces. Certain aliens shall be ineligible, such as an alien who was a refugee on January 1, 2021. I live in Los Angeles. It's now Mexico City. They are quick to tell you that California was stolen from Mexico by the U.S.. They have taken over City Council, City Supervisor, School District Superintendent, District Attorney, Insurance Commissioner, LAPD (56% Latino), LA Sheriff's Department (90% Latino), California Highway Patrol (95% Latino), LA Fire Department (47% Latino), LA Coroner, LA Ports Director, are all Union bosses, all city Workers, all County Workers, all construction workers, truck drivers, and delivery drivers. They are all bilingual newspaper writers and all opinion, local TV news anchors and reporters. There are 29 Spanish language radio stations in Los Angeles. Go to the bank, shopping, or a quick trip to the supermarket, coffee shops, purchase electronics, go to a restaurant, or any fast food restaurant -- anywhere, every employee and manager will be the very same Latinos loyal to Mexico and their people. They are passing the BAR as noncitizens to represent their people; are becoming judges; are the overwhelming majority of children in our schools. They ate threatening to be the demographic choosing our government by sheer numbers (look at the Newsom recall race for verification). They will parrot being essential, people of color, undocumented, migrants, DACA, DREAMers, asylum seekers when there's something to gain. Like Los Angeles and all of the U.S. Southwest, this is the largest misappropriation in our nation's history. The birth rort is how they will have imposed their culture, language and loyalty to Mexico. CHP? Not any longer. The institution should be renamed as the California Highway Patrol of Mexico...

This is funny... Just watched a video of a lady who called 911 on a possible DUI driver who was all over the road and hit another vehicle at highway speed and kept going. No CHP responded the call despite the lady called 911 multiple times. Where were you when she was asking for help removing a dangerous driver off the road, CHP?
