If you guys were smart you would think deeper...the house is brand new . people were building it walking in and out to build this big ass house...one of the people that worked on the house electrician, plumber, roofer, flooring, painters knew who he was doing it for and knew the house inside out. One of them most likely told their friends, also had the blueprints of the house and planed it out.
