that’s what I notice with Brian’s choreography. i’ve seen plenty of youtube dancers that can dance but not in the context of the song. their body control and fluidity, and their footwork are very impressive but i feel like theyre trying to run away from the song and consequently they out dance.

I used to think dancing is something that runs dry with time, because I thought there is only so much the human body is capable of doing, only so many combination of moves one can come up with. I first saw Brian when he was part of SoReal on ABDC and have watched him since, and he has proved me wrong with every new choreography he puts out. It's mind blowing how he manages to stay fresh and entertaining when he's been in the industry for so long. He seems to just get better and better.

I hope one day I can get to meet you in Houston or somewhere. I'm currently studying at OU and come down for Goodphil every year. You're a great inspiration to me when I'm just starting off making some choreography.
