Director Jamar Harding says that Chris Brown was looking for a cinematic narrative to share with his fans when conceiving the "Angel Numbers / Ten Toes" video. The track is from Breezy's '11:11' album, released last fall. Jamar had a vision to bring a a "fable" to life - a surrealism that brought the sentiment of the lyrics to life. The visual inspirations are many, including 'Stranger Things' and 'Mad Max.' Harding goes deep into how each scene was contoured, and he reveals which one is his favorite as well. He has the best voice and he’s definitely the best artiste I know. I’m not into art but the fact that he is also an artist makes him even more of an unimaginable exceptional “out of this world” talent. But I really wish he could write exactly how he feels without some of the complex words for structure. I wish everything about this video wasn’t so complex. When I watched it at first the day it dropped, I wasn’t happy (but then again almost nothing makes me happy initially until after a while) but even now that I understand it I still wish I would have felt how I felt the first day I heard the song and I mean even before I paid attention to the full lyrics… the beginning sound of the song is one of the best sounds I have ever heard in my life … and the moment Chris screamed “anxietyyyy” on the track I shed an instant tear. I’m not going to lie I don’t know if I have a better idea for this video, but I just wish whatever was created made me feel how I felt when I heard the full song for the first time. I wish it mirrored the emotional intensity and wasn’t just another Hollywood cinematic blockbuster
