Ok I just want to point this out to everyone on here that keeps saying that Chris takes "anxiety medication" he doesn't take meds for his anxiety. He actually reads self help books like Eckhart Tolle for example that helps him through to stress and anxiety. He also says "shhhhh" to himself to rise above the brain noise. For those who think he takes "anxiety medication" please watch his videos talking about his anxiety and how he overcomes it. Thank you.
