I doubt they are on that professional of a level. But if you notice in the video he wasn't really apologetic. He was very "matter of fact" about the whole thing. I'm referring to the "troll." Kudo's to him cause he wrecked the guy on the internet. Got called out on it, then came to see him face to face and wrecked him (even if a little more polietely) in real life. Bringing us evidence of the fact that not every asshole on the internet is a pimple faced loser living in his mom's basement @ 30 years old. Good shit in my opinion. The actor should have deleted the video after he watched it.

I guess we saw that video through different lenses. Cause I saw the "troll" as standing his ground on camera and the "actor" as trying to accomplish reverse psychology and losing horribly. Now I'll agree with you that the video got views, so the dude probably made some money off it, but he'd have an easier time staying relevant if he had come out of the interview on top. Of course not everyone see's these things the same so his user/view/fan base will ultimately determine the winner.
I get Chris didn’t want to stoop to his level or whatever but I wish he would have put him on the spot a little more. He's not a troll, he's a narcissist. There are two different distinctions here. Trolls are generally just stupid and not well read while this guy has an air of superiority about him. Critiquing everyone else when he knows he's not the best at whatever he does -- and this includes trolling.
So awhile ago Travis posted comments on this video with his full name. He deleted the comment but then I had his full name, found his facebook and sent this video to everyone on his friends list and then sent this video to his employer and colleagues. He worked as a chef at a school for young kids. TROLOLLL. I wonder if he still has a job.
