I remember on one of my brothers first fights as an amateur seeing him ref there for the first time and my brother and I were like "hey bro, is that Chris Leben?" and we were both like no way. Great memories, seeing a bunch of fighters in the back while preparing to make the walk.

Back when he was younger, I really couldn't stand Chris. As he matured, trained harder and drank less, I saw a different man. Since then I've really liked him and I'm happy to see him still part of the community all these years later. Great to hear his thoughts and see him running a gym.

Congratulations but you are still a fighter in my mind and one hell of a fighter that never quit, and I don’t think I ever seen you got beaten you just rolled with the punches. The lighter the roast the higher the caffeine content. Due to it being roasted less time than the darker roast, who loses more caffeine during the longer roast that gives it it's dark color 😅 Notice in the wild, most "morning" roasts are a light color 🫠
