Trump asked Russia to interfere in the 2016 election, and they did. Trump tried to extort Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 election, and they refused. Cheney didn't have a problem with it either time (neither did Kinzinger or any other Republican, except Romney).

As a non-American, when I saw he was running for president, I thought it was a joke. I was stunned when he stayed in the race AND became president. He's been a known con-man/fraud for decades. I just didn't get it and still don't.
This election isn't just about policy. It is about electing the candidate that will be the best steward of our democratic institutions, the environment, foreign policy... that isn't Trump.
I'm an independent that if it had not been for Obama I would've voted for either Romney or McCain. But you couldn't pay me to vote for Trump. BTW, I personally know of two people in their 40's whose lives were saved because of Obamacare. The ACA, AKA Obamacare continues to save lives today, and anyone who tries to cancel with nothing more than "concepts" should NEVER be our president. Never.

I do agree with Chris on Liz Chaney’s courage. I disagree with him on assessing blame on the boarder. Im not sure what people what the Dems to do here. They agreed to terms on the proposed boarder bill that were outside of their comfort zone only for the majority of the GOP to walk away from it. Yes the Dems might not have all of the answers but at least they offer solutions. What has the GOP given this country over the last 25 years except for death, financial crisis and social unrest? What has the GOP proposed that made people’s lives better? Dems are always put in this box to extend an olive branch and when they do the GOP plunges it into their chest. It’s time for the GOP to move more to the center.

I would say that, regardless of what you think about him, Former VP Mike Pence was incredibly heroic. Despite what Trump begged Mike Pence to do, Former VP Mike Pence upheld our democracy and the integrity of our 2020 presidential election results. And when Former VP Mike Pence stood his ground and protected our Constitution, Trump sent his cult to go after Mike Pence on January 6th. I personally think we own Former VP Mike Pence a lot, as he saved our Nation after the 2020 election.
