No one ever says Taylor rules. He absolutely fucking rules. Top 5 rock drummers, completely underrated. Covers all pages of rock, technical and groovy. He compliments all aspects of the band. Some parts difficult to cover and most fun to play. Huge compliment.....

There is something exceptionally awesome and now also so very very sad about watching Taylor sign Chris' guitar. To have that moment captured forever, but also to have that moment captured forever post Taylor's passing. The more time passes, the more upset I am becoming at the realization that this may be the end of an entire era of music. He was such a great person. I can't imagine what his wife and children are going through. To have one of the coolest people on the planet as your CARING father and then... gone. And for Dave and Pat(and nobody seems to care about Pat for some reason) to go through this again... I really hope they can find away to be whole again, again. 😢

this is one of the first interviews i’ve seen where the interviewer actually treats taylor likes he’s a human being instead of just dave’s friend in the corner. love it. and of course dave and taylor have such a wonderful dynamic and chris meshes so well with them!

There is now a huge hole in the world where Taylor Hawkins was. Just a sweetheart of a guy. Hilarious, and of course a phenomenal powerhouse drummer. I hate that he’s gone but thankful we had him as long as we did. Peace.

I’ve watched this interview so much the last 2 weeks (been watching all my fave T interviews) and the part that chokes me up is when Chris says “look at you two” at 31:09 just Taylor and Daves chemistry and bond is prevalent throughout this interview. They’re so in sync with each other and really were to quote Dave “a twin flame” soulmates isn’t always in a romantic sense and Taylor and Dave definitely were. Gonna miss Taylor’s beautiful light and smile and incredible talent and Dave and Taylor’s wonderful friendship 🖤

Dave and Taylor are so funny together. You can totally see what they would be like to just hang out with. They really are just like kid brothers who are both totally hyperactive and just absolutely doing everything just to have as much fun as they possibly can!! Revolver I guess just jealous people who weren't sitting in that room with Foo Fighters. Who can't count Foo Fighters as their good friends. Or you don't get to hang out with Dave's friends and co. at a bar in La, Or London. And backstage at festivals. Oh and get VIP tickets to Foo gigs. Or who are as rich and successful as Chris. Or who have a million listeners a day listening to them talk on the radio, loving what they do. So yeah, the word jealous pretty much sums it up really doesn't it. Now without mentioning Dave Berry, Chris Evans or Grimmy, name one British DJ who's done a really good interview with Foo Fighters recently, similar to this one, who are loved by millions? Now I don't listen to Radio X that much. I can't say I ever listened to Chris Moyles on Radio One that much either. I don't really have a lot to love him for or hate him for. I just can't stand it when people come on YTbe and say oh blah blah is a cunt blah blahs a cunt.. For no reason whatsoever. I thought this interview was quite informative, amusing and good to watch. And why call him lardy? Dave Grohl is fatter than Chris Moyles is. But oh wait, it just so happens that Chris is the larger one lol. Twats.

Does moyles actually think before he speaks sometimes? When he’s talking about driving through France and saying he has to hear the album before he talks with them, kind of makes it sound like he’d only listen to the alum because he’s going to interview them. I think Taylor was saying the producer at the beginning just sat back to see how they worked together on songs, then as he understood them he adjusted so he could start to put the bits together till each tune sounded like the way he heard it in his head, once each track is finished they can all see if it works, as they talk ABOUT MTV cribs which I,ve just watched and yes it was brilliant, it was of its time, late 90s, perfect, his yard and pick up was perfect for him,

JAMIE LESTER Not including Wasting Light, which is epic, it's the first album of theirs in a long time where it feels like every song needed to be on that specific record. Most of the rest are great songs but could go on any any other Foos record. This has it's own identity
