oh my god yeah. jesus.. read his book. after a few pages, you just cannot have any doubt for that kind of love. I’ve been in a relationship for 5 years, I am 23 like Selena was, I know that feeling of choosing somebody forever. to start planning a life with them. it’s a deeper kind of love, making that covenant in your soul, and to god if you believe in one. your whole life and self is altered when you loose that.
Every time he talks about Selena he gets that glow in his eyes and that smile! You can tell he still loves her and that will never change. Sorry for your loss Chris🥺♥️
It’s sucks to say this but he pretty much stayed in that daze of losing someone you love and so young that he never fully recovered or healed from it. Loving someone isn’t wrong, but it affects you over the years.

I'm an Italian - American from New York State who's been a HUGE Selena fan for going on 26 years. She's pretty much all I listen to. I thought I knew what talent was, untill I found her music, but she's just on a whole other level. She could sing anything, and do it better than anybody, and that's coming from someone who's not easily impressed by anything or anybody. Selena was, and will always be, the best, period.

I've known Chris since before he met Selena. I played in local metal bands with him. He's originally a metal guitarist. I can tell you one thing I know about him in 100% honesty....he's a damn good dude. He's a solid honest and loving dude. He's never changed, he still has in local bands in corpus at dr. Rickets, the surfclub, on the island everywhere. He loves music he's always down to jam with anyone and he's a truly stand up kinda guy
You'd have to have a heart of stone to NOT love Selena. Not only did she have a combination of vocal talent, stylistic versatility, charisma and class that was, and will forever remain without equal, she was one of the finest people to ever walk the earth. Unlike so many others, fame didn't affect her negatively - she was already a kind and compassionate person before she became famous, and her fame only enhanced her ability to do good, and encourage others to do the same.She was a true artist, and a true lady at all times, both on stage and off, and didn't have a rude or arrogant bone in her body. Unlike some of today's "artists", she had no use for vulgar lyrics or raunchy stage moves - that's for amatures. There will never be another like our beloved Selena. She was "the real deal", and her work is, in my opinion, the epitome of musical artistry. 🌹❤🌹

Its crazy that he's 53 now and looking back at when he was in his early 20s, he would have changed and matured so much. He'd be looking back and thinking "damn i was just a child, what did I know" but yet that love still staying so strong.

I have no doubt that Selena is watching over Chris. In his book, "To Selena, With Love", he writes of his friend having a dream about Selena in which his friend tells her that Chris had been "having a hard time lately" ( since her passing ). She tells him "Dont worry about Chris. I've got him" To me, that can only mean that she's watching over him. I don't know how else you could interpret it. Personally, I strongly believe that our loved ones who've passed away watch over, protect and guide us, and let's face it - Selena was already an angel on this earth. ❤😇❤

One good thing that is good to know is that although she died young...She was happily married and content before she passed away.. I remember her doing a interview.. Maybe With ET or Extra..She talked about a movie she had a small role in. She talked about being newly married..
Selena was one of the first artist I learned about as a toddler in this existence…remember as child seeing how beautiful she was and now that I’m older it’s still the same feeling when I look at her…rarely happens, Aaliyah was different, she not so hot to me now that I’m older…but nothing has changed about Selena , just a beautiful soul and looks wow

It’s both crazy and beautiful that at least we get to see Chris all grown up for some reason it helps me to imagine how Selena would have been at this age and perhaps it’s the way he carries so much of her in him is why but idk at the same time.
