Woo! Glad you dug this track man! Little bit of back story on Breathe Carolina...The clean singer is named David, and up until this album it was a duo with their unclean singer named Kyle. This particular album was called Savages, and this is the only song on it with screams, and as you might have heard from the lyrics, David is saying like “You’re facinated with the old me, I bet you hate it when we don’t scream...your stuck on the fence and i’m not looking back.” Basically the fans at the time loved the combination of trance vibes with singing and screaming and Kyle left the band because he became a father and wanted to spend time with his kid rather than be on the road all the time. So they changed their style a little from here on out...essentially ‘selling out’ 😅, and incidentally are just an edm act these days. My suggestion as someone who shares the same style as you Chris, that you enjoyed from this track, check out “Wooly” from their Hell Is What You Make It album. There’s actually a cut on RU-vid that includes the intro too which leads into Wooly perfect. It’s called “Breathe Carolina - Wooly (with lyrics)”, and it’s a great music video anyways with some accompanying live footage. They went from an electronic metal core band to an edm group but their old music is great. IDGAF, hello fascination, and blackout were huge tracks from them. Welcome to savannah, velvet, no vacancy, the birds and the bees, and hit and run were also super popular for them before Kyle (screamer) left and they became an edm group.

I was a huge fan of BC when I was 15, they were never a band or smth like that, but, they did like 2 metal songs? They were always like pop music or experimental pop... is so weird and hard to explain when English is not my mother language... anyway, you must check "wooly" by them, that song is like David singing pop or electropop and Kyle making screams with metal instrumental. I hope I get understood xD

You should check out Wooly by Breathe Carolina if you want another heavier sounding song. Tripped and Fell in Portland is also another heavier song too. Songs that are different but I still definitely recommend are I.D.G.A.F, Hello Fascination, Sweat It Out, Blackout, Mistakes and Bang it Out.
Ayyyy epic reaction brotha. Unfortunately, Breathe Carolina is mainly electronic music now honestly. They started out as punk-ish pop kinda music, but since their first album they went to electro. This song is pretty much a 1 off. However, this whole album is a feel good vibe. Its worth checking out of you wanna listen to good electro.

Awesome this one is easily one of the best BC songs out there, and definitely the heaviest.They used to have a screamer David but even when he was in the band they didnt go quite this heavy. More of an electro pop rock feel. Hello Fascination and Wooly are two songs I recommend. I do really like their PGP covers too tho- "See You Again", "Down", "Billie Jean" are all pretty fun listens.
Danny Worsnop is one of the vocalists out there period (not only rock genre) with the wisdest vocal range. Give him time, but he will eventually be considered on par with singers such as Chester Benington or Corey Taylor.
