True. But criticizing someone for something they say isn't censorship. I've never been part of any woke mob to try and "expose" someone or whatever -- but I really don't get this whining in response if someone expresses discontent with something you said. I mean, he basically refers to that as the "pussification" of people, and he's right in some sense . . . . but then he makes an entire song to whine about people expressing discontent with things he said . . . essentially the message of this song if you break it down is "I'm a pussy" - and that is just really hard to vibe to unless you are a mindless drone on the left (in which case you cry and hate this) or a mindless drone on the right (in which case you see it as powerful instead of the whiny ass shit that is is.) A thinking person can't really enjoy this - unless they're kind of a pussy too, in which case the "i'm a pussy" anthem is probably very appealing. lol. Basically his point is to ask people who dislike him to censor themselves and stop saying mean things about him -- but also they are pussies for not being able to handle things they don't like -- but also please don't say things about me that are mean guys -- or actually please don't leave because while writing this I realized its contradictory bullshit, but I still want to release it so I'll just add another contradiction where I ask you to stay in a song where the initial motivation was to whine about you whining and asking you to stop. In previous songs he's expressed something more like "i'll keep saying what I think no matter what others say". But recently I think he's been dipping into the shows of some right-wing pundits or something because he is starting to ape their generalized whiny-bitchness about people who disagree with them. I'd say its going to hurt his career -- but its not. In fact, its probably exactly what he needs to do to get wider appeal and go more mainstream. Whining is what sells.

He's totally gone down the "I'M the victim, but only because you guys just arent tough like me, but also please stop hurting my feefees" route that the right-wing so actively employs. Anybody who puts out a stand-up special, a track, or anything else called "Triggered" or the likes is usually just some white dude using their platform to bitch and complain about people criticizing them, while they blunder to frame it like the critics are the whiny crybabies?
