One charge was dismissed because they over charged her. Too many charges for one crime. She was still found guilty of the battery or assault I can’t remember which one. But she’s sentenced to 30 days with time considered served. She also has 12 months probation in LA. And has to pay James restitution. Which will help him in his civil suit which is separate from the criminal charges.
I don’t think okc comin. Hopefully she learns from this. And also I hope she misses her son enough to really start puttin him first. Because even 2 weeks is too long to be away from a small baby.

It’s no bail because it’s a probation violation! There is never a bail with violations, you have to see the judge or the judge has to order the release.
She got a negotiated plea: plea no contest to one charge and the state dismisses the other. She was sentenced in the one charge she pled to. Then she can go deal with the probation violation in OK, which could see her do more time because not only has she violated by getting a new charge, but she apparently absconded. 2 sure fire ways to get some jail time before being released back to probation. Probation is a privilege, folks.

The battery charge was dismissed. She plead no contest to the assault charge against James Wright and was sentenced to 30 days. It basically means she chose not to defend herself against the charge, but also didn’t admit guilt. It’s a misdemeanor either way, so once she’s done with her sentence it will be like it never happened. The OK conviction was for 🌿. It’s only serious because she did not comply with the terms of her probation. But they could reinstate her probation OR revoke it and she might have to do the remainder of the sentence. I think she got as much time in OK for the 🌿 that BF got for the CA assault. I think OK will come for her because they have her as a fugitive. If she gets a decent lawyer though, they can probably get her probation re-instated.
I don’t know if they’re coming but if they do, I agree a good lawyer can get her probation reinstated at the most she’ll do 30 days. She’ll be alright. I really believe this was done so she can put that phone and the drugs and liquor down to think.

It was changed to a misdemeanor battery and dismissed after conviction, 30 days, reduced to 15 days and She got 1 year unsupervised probation. Stay out of trouble and pay some small restitution amount for a misdemeanor battery. Oklahoma only has a hold on her for violating probation by not doing community service so they are asking for 39 days, which will turn out to be time served.

Oklahoma is the case that will do her in. It was always the warrant she was running from. That's where she was sentenced to 4 years probation. Her warrant was for failing to keep the terms of her probation. Everything else came after.

Usually when a person is getting ready to be released from jail the jail will do a nationwide warrant check & if there are any warrants in another state they notify them. Then it’s up to that state to pay for the extradition & usually they don’t wanna spend the money unless it’s a serious charge. So more than likely Rock will be home in 10 days like the vid said.

So how is Chrisean gonna be home on 10 days with a 30dy sentence. The day after her last sentence day, her 30 day hold for OK begins. Like I said, that change of court date is a clear indicator OK coming, and Cali was like “oh, let me get out your way.” Do better!!!

She allegedly got 30 days with some time served & usually a person only has to do a percentage of the actual time (consider an early release for “good time”) depending on the state and the sentence. I didn’t know the convicted has to pay back extradition. But I’m not about to go back & forth about Chrisean cuz imo she shouldn’t get off that easy cuz she hasn’t learned anything yet.
