A no contest plea is not admitting to or denying guilt. That is why you don’t have a trial. As far as her and Oklahoma the only way she’ll be extradited to Oklahoma is if Oklahoma comes to get her. Sometimes they will not extradite someone because of the simple fact it cost more money to go get them from a different state then I would be to just wait to see if they come to Oklahoma and let the warrant just sit open. The state that being Oklahoma will decide basically if it’s worth it to go get her. As most of us have seen Rock does not know how to control herself. She didn’t control herself while she was pregnant. She couldn’t control herself when she was breaking tables and throwing glass vases and trying to tear up Blueface house on multiple occasions. And depending on the violation and the district in which you are being arraigned in they can most certainly put you on probation even if you already are you’ll just have to report to a different probation office. It depends on if the probation is to run consecutively or concurrently. Consecutively would mean that she would fulfill one term of probation for the first appointed probation. Following that then she would have to do the second probation and fulfill the terms of that probation. Concurrently, she would have both probations going on at the same time so let’s say one probation requires her to go once a week or once every two weeks to her probation officer. Then she would go to that one. If the other one is a once a month probation, then she’ll fulfill that one probably at a different office and a different probation officer. You have to keep in mind that probation terms could be completely different from one another. This particular probation that they have going on with the James Wright plea deal probably includes I no contact order maybe an anger management class that she’s required to attend. Once that’s completed, they will report it to the court that she has fulfilled her probationary obligation as appointed by the court and should be released from, each separate probation when she’s fulfilled them. If she fails to fulfill any of her probationary obligations they will issue a warrant for her and she will go to jail. I think a lot of this including this James Wright incident and obviously the Oklahoma situation are all Based on a reaction, probably stemming from something pertaining to Blue. Obviously, the Oklahoma was for sure but I’m saying. She doesn’t know how to be an adult and conduct herself properly and if she’s in her feelings, anything can trigger her and then she end’s up with things like this.

Ive dealt with a similar situation where a grown young lady wasn't taking accountability for her actions and thought she was going to get off because she was young and had a sick child but the judge gave her a whole year in jail. When this young lady was in jail them so called family and friends were no where to be found . Everything the baby needed the grandmother provided and the scamming baby dad and the young woman boyfriend did everything in their power to try to cause trouble with the grandmother. Long story short, the scamming baby dad got custody of the baby by lying on the grandmother to the judge after 8 months. The grandmother couldn't do anything because grandparents dont have any rights. The young lady get out of jail, blame the grandmother for everything and lose full custody of the child. Even if someone has your child and you are in jail, you can lose full custody of your child. The young lady got custody of her child 2 years later after the babydad was toturing him. All this shit could've been prevented if the mother would've took her case seriously and paid the court cost instead of having fake people geeking her up when she was fucking up. Chrisean need to take shit seriously. Pay them fees, keep her hands to herself and take care of her child. While shes in jail, she needs to only communicate with the one who has her baby and no outsiders. Also she needs to stay calm in the court house because they will add on more time.
