Look up what 30days in LA county means as opposed to 30 days in any another state. LA gives/adds an additional day (or portion depending on your record) to every day you serve. So if she was sentenced yesterday the 27th would equal 30. If it starts today(14th) the 28th is 30. If they started on the 10th she would be out on the 24th. Its a law that has been enacted because of overpopulation. Oklahoma can agree to have her sentence remain in LA and transfer her to LA because of the cost to transport. The fiscal year is quickly approaching and they would need to pick her up before LA releases her. It might not be financially sound to do this for such small charges as probation violations.

This is what I think is going on. Chrisean team is trying to get a lawyer to deal with Oklahoma. A lawyer can speak for her and try to get them to release the hold by pleaing her down to a lesser charge and pay the fines she owed. They can pass down a new sentence and allow her to remain in Ca.

I'm from/in Oklahoma and reading her case at the moment. Good luck to her. Oklahoma has some of highest incarceration rates for women in this country. She has to come before a judge HERE first. Not to mention, she got pulled over in one of the most racists counties here.

Sounds like if OK doesn't pick her up, she goes free, BUT they may still get her even after the fact. It's just easier to get her while in county jail because she can't technically 'run/hide' like she been doing.

From my experience, I believe they are going to tell her she has to do the active time of four years. The US Marshals should come pick her up and take her to OK. They gave her a chance and she messed it up. Then she made it worse by refusing to turn herself in.

Chrisean signed an agreement that she would follow the terms of her suspended 4 year sentence, for a VERY serious felony she pled guilty to. If she FAILED to honor the agreement, her 4 year sentence was taken off of layaway and she was going in. Oklahoma was a sweetie and said they wanted her in for 30 days, and she would con’t with the agreement. Chrisean went live and said “hey hey Oklahoma, I got a son. I would have turned myself in a year ago but it ain’t happening.” Where does your confusion come into question

Uh they let her SLIDE with that suspended sentence for a serious felony. They let her SLIDE by allowing her to live in Cali. He has to prove she did it though, which means if the criminal aspect got knocked down, it's probably due to lack of evidence. And any good lawyer will use reduced/ dropped charges to prove she didn't do it/no evidence to support his claim. Her lawyer may even get the video of his daughter showing his face completely fine AND him at the karaoke spot singing the same day.

People don’t understand that her probation was transferred so the can tell LA she can do her 30 days and pay the fine and probation reinstated. They dont have to come and get her and can all happen in LA.
