I think Marie is an amazing stepmother, you can tell by the way she interacts with Joachim's sons that she loves and adores them. The Danish Royal Family is, by far, my favourite!

He rode every morning through Copenhagen, as he used to do before the occupation, and that alone was a signal of irreverence. And every single morning the people gathered around him shouting "long live the king, long live Denmark", which equalled a popular uprising. After a while, the nazis arrested the king. The Danish Monarchy is intrinsically entangled and interwoven with the very soul of the nation. All in all: the Danish Monarchy is "a whole 'nother ball game", like the Americans like to say.

Sweet video but why did Prince Joachims older sons not walk in with their younger brother and the baby? What was the purpose of the separation of them from the little family of four that walked in. I really disliked that.
Beautiful baby Athena, so lovely. She is crying softly, probably she has some winds, as all babies have. Her mum should change the position of holding her, and massage her back to get rid of the wind. Then she will feel relaxed and stop crying. Dear Athena you are lovely. Hence, Danish churches still retain their historical furnishings and decorations inside. [Maybe; I'm speculating to a degree.] This difference may be explainable by the fact that the Danish state church is Lutheran whereas the Dutch equivalent is/was a fairly radical form of Protestantism.

you can eat big mac in almost every country and I am really thankful that I was born in Portugal because we have realy amazing and delicious traditional food and Portugal like most of europe is a country we beautiful view and very typical buildings and traditions and it's own language.
