It shouldn't be unknown. He has a 40" vertical and this was known to all pro scouts. Unfortunately he has tyranasaurus rex arms, otherwise you'd see even more of these dunks. He's also inconsistent shooting from deep. Those are the two things that hold him back from being a starter. But I'm glad he's found a nice role for himself in the league.

There's more to athleticism than jumping, Jokic's foot work and speed for someone his size is unworldly.

I wouldn't say Jokić is non athletic given that he played a 60 minutes game, but I guess you could say he's the only one who's not explosive. He does trive from fast and jumpy players who can make his magical passes work. I think that might be one of the reasons he sort of doesn't work well in NT despite Serbia being a great team (arguably even better without Jokić) and Jokić being the best player. Styles don't match very well because.
