@@fancypants5371 Morality is subjective for atheist. Morals are not subjective for Christians. Also, since a lot of Christians are poor followers doesnt change the fact that they do have a moral framework.

@@robot_jo271 That's not correct. Agnosticism is the claim that it's impossible to know whether a god exists or not. Agnosticism can also coexist alongside atheism quite easily. One can be unconvinced there is a god whilst simultaneously believing it's impossible to ever know if a god exists. They're two separate principles.

@@TrumpCantRead The people who assert there is a god need to prove it. They haven't yet. Atheists think there is no proof of god, so don't waste their time with it.

You think it would be as socially acceptable to believe in an almighty pancake as it would be to believe in a god. Because that’s also a non zero chance but in our society it’s okay to believe in the all mighty Jesus man but not a pancake. Why have we been socially conditioned in this way? We have freedom of religion in America but somehow that doesn’t extend to a religion that others find ridiculous. My pancake is just as real as your special man in the sky. I think theists are all wrong because they are all biased. Their biases come from their personal experiences and their lack of understanding in the world around them that leads to following the same conclusion of the existences of our world that others in the same position have made with an equal lack of understanding. And if everyone down the chains of conforming Christians, Muslims, Hindus, and all the others has come to think that they are correct simply because others believed what they now believe than I say that is a feeble construction of faith. And pancakes taste way better than most people.

Faith is believing in things for no good reason, arguing against all reason, and never admitting when you are wrong. Why would anyone need or want faith when reason is available? If one had actual reason to believe a thing, faith would be rejected. After all, one would have reasons to believe.
