European shoes run small so you’ll have to size from American shoes sizes. You can go up a half size or a whole, but you don’t want to go up any higher than that because leather stretches over time and the shoe will become loose. I go up one whole size, that’s a matter of personal preference and your foot size and shape on how much you should size up. Hope that wasn’t too confusing. Try buying somewhere with a longer return policy just in case lol
