I was reading 2 Timothy 2 just the other day and I began to question what modesty is in the eyes of God because we’ve turned it to be about just covering oneself. I wrote down my question and at the time, it didn’t seem like an answer but I began to think about modesty about a heart and conduct matter. I could wear the longest dress tomorrow, would that mean I’m modest? No. I prayed about it as well. After watching this video and you answering the modesty question, I can now see that, that was an answer.
The biblical references are really so much more helpful and really give us context of what God thinks or what He says because the world is so loud and it is true that our biggest downfall is a lack of knowledge and the fact that we do not seek it even though we know where to find it

God let bad things to happen to His children for Him to get the Glory,because we don’t have worship Him based off of what stage we are in or what’s happening in our lives,But we worship Him based of who He is.❤️ Bad things should draw us closer to Him.💝

Thank you Parley for your amazing videos, really needed to hear that 🙂 Can I also add on that question "Why does God let bad things happen to His children?" Keep in mind that the devil wants you to always "blame" God and see Him as the one doing bad things to you, he always wants your perspective towards God to change. REMEMBER: the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10) so none of the bad things happening are from God. For example, if God sends death to you then why did He send Jesus to die for you? (think about it) I wish I could do a voice note explaining my understanding of this 😂 but hopefully this will do ❤ I also wish we can all read and UNDERSTAND the book of Job.
My Question here is not of God being the one allowing his children to suffer or let his children in bad things...but rather why did he allow Satan to prevail in to this world knowing he’s coming to destroy his children...question of choice n remember we’re all born as God ‘s children before being possessed...🙏🙏🙏

James 1:13 When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried, nor does he himself try anyone. God can never trial us with bad things
@gobetse hey, thank you for your question. Remember the story of Satan and how he became a fallen angel and then also remember that God is not a dictator who forces His way upon people, so Satan had a choice and he knew the truth but still decided to act the way he did. Another thing, we know that since he is fallen he roams and rules here on earth through evil means, as God's children who are saved that's nothing to be afraid of because we know that we conquered with Christ (Romans 8:37), we know the truth about where our eternity will be spent and in that eternity all the ills and evils we go through in this world won't exist there (Revelation 21). So unfortunately here as we exist on earth the enemy suffocates us (God's children), but through Christ we still win. We also know that greater is He in us than He who is in the world (1 John 4:4), meaning although the devil continues to terrorize the children of God, God is still in control of the narrative and He uses what the enemy meant for evil and turns it for good and He causes all things to eventually work out for those who love Him (Genesis 50:20, Romans 8:28). Be encouraged, knowing that God loved us and loves us so much that to put an end to the suffering He provided a way of escape through us through Jesus and even after we perish here on earth we will be with our Heavenly Father peacefully 🤍✨ .. Hi Parley love this, but when your say “your sabbath is Sunday” which is biblically the first day of the week and not the seventh (exodus 20 v 8+) also seen in Jesus rising on the first day of the week (Luke 24), don’t you think you’re also “picking and choosing what you want to hear from the bible” as you implied homosexual/cultural people do? And since The Sabbath is a commandment you haven’t been rightfully keeping all your life does that make you “wrong” and “sinful” as you labelled other Christians? Point is; we understand the Bible differently and nobody is perfect, the same was you see a straw in your neighbours eyes so do they (Matt 7:3) and there’s no greater Christian than the other. Besides that, please start looking into the Sabbath topic and see what God reveals to you. Goodluck on your Christian journey sis🩷.

You can't say you don't believe in ancestors yet you believe Jesus is a mediator between you and God. Jesus himself is an Ancestors 😩. Also do research as a Christian, nobody worships ancestors absolutely nobody, we acknowledge them. The bible speaks of hypocrisy which you are practicing right now, the Bible also itself is a compilation of different ancestors. So don't read the Bible since its full of ancestors itself. Research better you will learn alot. You contradicting yourself, why did why does the Bible keep stating the God of "Abraham, Isaac and Jacob" yet your own lineage is demonized. But it's cool
Jesus died AND ROSE on the third day so Jesus is alive and not an ancestor. Ancestor is someone who is dead and their minds and thoughts are all dead. As for acknowledging, I believe some people do more just acknowledging . They ask ancestors to guide them and make ancestors the bridge between human beings and God whereas Jesus said in John 14:6 HE IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND LIFE.
