As a recipient of Itasca's "Wesley G. Usher Achievement Award", Tia had the privilege of making the 8th grade graduation speech for Peacock Middle School. She also recently played the role of "Maria" in her school's presentation of "The Sound of Music", thus a couple of references to that play in her speech. ;p
