“Certainly! Matthew 5:17-18 is a passage from the New Testament, specifically from the Gospel of Matthew. Here is the text of those verses (ESV): "17 Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished." In these verses, Jesus is speaking, and He emphasizes that He did not come to abolish the Law (which includes the Old Testament laws and teachings) but to fulfill them. He goes on to say that not even the smallest part of the Law will pass away until all is accomplished. This indicates the continuity between the Old Testament (the Law and the Prophets) and Jesus' mission as the fulfillment of that divine plan.”

Most Christians are confused as they do not study the word of God diligently. God in the bible has ask us to be tolerant of sinners by rebuking them. Not to tolerate sinful behaviour by joining them or to stay silent about them. Jesus preached about repentance everywhere he went. He sat amongst the tax collector, prostitutes, phraisees. Etc. When the Pharisees wanted to stone the prostitute, Jesus stopped them. Then turned to the prostitute and said. John 8:11 NIV "No one, sir," she said. "Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin." Jesus did not say continue in LQBTQIA movement and have sex with who ever you want. We should love by rebuking each other and not to love to spoil each other. That is how Jesus lead and showed us his love. Which most Christians who are not well versed will spoil and encourage sinful behaviour in their foolishness. Bible warned about false teacher too. I will spend day talking about it if I continue. Please search up John MacArthur, Paul Washer, David Lynn, Spurgeon, Agustin. So many great defender of Christian faith that does not condone foolish tolerances but only Christ tolerance.

So why did Christians ever allow divorce, sex, usury, satanism to run unanimously superior. Why do we worship science instead of spirit. Why do we listen to whorish thuggish music, why do we wear sexual close. Because Satan the God of the world said it was ok. So do we worship God, or Satan? You can't worship both you know that. Stop listening to pastors and please for God's and your sake read the Bible

Quran (only scripture with 100% accuracy/preservation) says Allah is “Al-Ahad”(one/indivisible).Philosophically, It is impossible for 3 distinct perfections to exist simultaneously. Father (Perfection 1/distinct1) =Son (Perfection 2/distinct2)=idolatry.This is due to addition of two extra perfections that are Co-equal/Co-eternal&distinct with Allah(the most Exalted). Not just the Quran, but also the old/New Testament textually establish tauheed(monotheism). So, then why believe in trinity and associate two imaginary parts to Allah(one/indivisible/Self-Sufficient/All-Loving)? How could your love/worship be undivided/exclusive for Allah(the most Exalted) when there are two other equally unique/perfect entities to adore? The verses of bible used by trinitarians are extremely vague and require hard interpretation to extract the understanding that Father/Son/Holy Ghost are Co-equal/Co-Eternal&distinct.

21 Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.” 23 Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.” 24 He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.” 25 The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said. 26 He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.” Matthew 15: 21-26

Luke 18:10-14 KJV [10] Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. [11] The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. [12] I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. [13] And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. Or you could do what your bible says, ya know, as commanded by your 'God'. Romans 13:1-7 13 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. 4 For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience. 6 This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. 7 Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

That's why theocratic societies are doomed to fail and that's why Muslims flee their countries to the West where they can be free. But on the other hand, I agree somehow...if you let people do anything and believe in anything without boundaries, you'll have at the end gay priests and LGBTQ+++ running the US army

If one says he/she is a Christian and still practices LGBT things, then one needs to wake up. One can't follow Jesus without denying oneself and one's lust, and the lust of the world. Lust is no longer what you do it's who one is. The evolution from viewing sexuality as something we do to something we are reflects a shift in the way society perceives and discusses human sexuality. This shift is closely tied to the culture of authenticity and the concept of expressive individuality. Let's explore this transformation with explanations and examples: 1. **From "What We Do" to "What We Are"**: - In the past, discussions of sexuality often revolved around behaviors and actions-what people did in terms of their sexual conduct. - However, contemporary society has increasingly recognized that sexuality is an integral aspect of a person's identity and self-concept. It's not just about actions but also about one's innate sexual orientation and identity. 2. **Culture of Authenticity**: - The culture of authenticity encourages individuals to be true to themselves, embracing their genuine feelings, identities, and desires. - This cultural shift has paved the way for more open discussions about sexuality, allowing individuals to express their authentic selves. 3. **Illustration - From "Do" to "Are"**: - *Past Perspective ("Do"):* Imagine a historical context where discussions of sexuality primarily focused on societal expectations and norms. People were expected to conform to certain sexual behaviors and roles based on those expectations. - *Contemporary Perspective ("Are"):* In today's culture of authenticity, discussions about sexuality often revolve around acknowledging and accepting one's innate sexual orientation and identity. People are encouraged to understand and express their authentic selves, whether they identify as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, or within the spectrum of gender identities. 4. **Example - Coming Out**: - Coming out as LGBTQ+ illustrates the shift from "doing" to "being." In the past, individuals may have hidden their same-sex attractions due to societal norms. Today, many people come out to express their authentic selves and their innate sexual orientations. 5. **Legal and Social Recognition**: - The shift in perspective has led to legal and social changes, such as the decriminalization of homosexuality, recognition of same-sex marriage, and policies against discrimination based on sexual orientation. - These changes reflect a growing acceptance of individuals for who they are, rather than what society expects them to do.

But I'm atheist (grant it influenced by religions) so to me it's more to much tolerance from one side and not enough from the other. I can see both points. I just have more experience with christianity as it's been heavily pushed through media and kther mediums. And i also know the issue with atheism is a lacking of an overall framework and how that turn into morals that aren't beneficial to others around you and only to yourself. I try to practice a spiritual/religious approach to it for that reason. Using treat others how you wanted to treated with a higher understanding some people want to be treated differently based on personal experiences. Atheists haven't had time or power to work this issue out, but i think we can make progress and hopefully bridge the gap or distance/remove themselves from our group of bad apples. But it might take to much time and resources to do so on a global level.

Iam seeking knowledge towards religion myself a born muslim but went through other religion and currently looking into Christianity. I went through several verses and very confused if u have answers give me some insight. Now behold, one came and said to Him, “Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?” So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.” Mathew 19:16, 17 why jesus is not good? he clearly mention that he is not God but a human messenger every prophet are way to reach god.. as they carry the message. “Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know. Acts 2:22 this what all other prophets taught, they did miracles but only with the will of god. In John 17:3, Jesus defined eternal life saying, “This is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.” He clearly says that he is nothing but a messenger sent from god. Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended. to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God. john 20:17 my father and your father so are the people were also part of trinity?? he clearly says my god and your god so it openly states that jesus had and have a God. And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.” Mathew 26:39 not in my will but in God will so these verse makes me question why Christians think jesus is God. The bible have errors like different narration in years, numbers and so on. which makes it less trust worthy as it is human words. you can google abt the errors or I will send you. I know some verses says before Abraham I was, I and the father are one but he also says my father is greater than I. so these things don't really proves anything to me.. if there is something else do highlight me. Not a debate we will have a discussion.

They literally did answer the question, very clearly and in significant detail. They just didn't gove the kind of answers they wanted because they answer answer from the Islamic Frame of reference being presented. As far as arguments go, the Christians had far better ones. The only reason anyone not already a Muslim would think the Muslims won the debate was because they sounded more forceful and assertive in the way they spoke, which has absolutely no bearing on who's actually right. In fact the Muslims overtly misrepresented their opponents words and claims throughout the entire debate. They basically strawmanned the entire time.

The paradox of Tolerance - Karl Popper 1940 If everyone is tolerant of every idea, then intolerant ideas will emerge. Tolerant people will tolerate this intolerance, and the intolerant people will not tolerate the tolerant people. Eventually, the intolerant people will take over and create a society of intolerance. Therefore, to maintain a society of tolerance, the tolerant must be intolerant of intolerance.....hence the paradox.

Christian’s are taught to love everyone, as we are all God’s children. We have but one enemy - Satan. Unlike the Quran, we are not taught to view non-Christians as “enemies”, nor are we taught to hate and kill our brothers and sisters. We love them. And whoever does us wrong, God judges for us. This is true peace. Christianity is a religion founded on love. And perhaps it was the loving hearts of these two Christian gentlemen that prevented them from feeling the need to harshly defend what they know to be True.

Tolerance is nonsensical. The tolerant one if he is truly tolerant he has to tolerate intolerance. If he doesn’t, then he’s not tolerant. Also tolerance means tolerating evil be it stealing or lying or killing unjustly (unjustly) or worshipping other than Allah (the lord). And nowadays it’s tolerance? Or pick and choose tolerance? They tolerate gayness but when it’s Muslim women wanting to cover themselves in France they don’t tolerate that and they try to force them to uncover themselves and they fine them and criminalise them if they refuse to uncover themselves.
