Bo 1989 yeah she already sounded like she was struggling a bit at the beginning but I know she can still sing the song good. I’m sure her voice was tired.

She recorded it almost 20 years ago and when you age the voice change. Anyway she is smart. It’s not the first time she dodges high notes in her songs. I think it’s due to lack of confidence and be scared of fail it,plus her technique doesn’t allow her to reach high notes easily. Plus in studio you can try a note as much as you want while live is more a hit or miss and finally if you count she has to sing high notes almost every night when she is touring it becomes even more tiring and difficult to do. On the other hand I think she’s always been a bit lazy too when it comes to high notes live. She should mix more and she will nail every single note
