My best friends daughter committed suicide at 14 years old earlier this year. This was her favorite song and this is the first time I'm able to hear this song and feel some peace. It still hurts but there's still peace. I pray no one has to ever go to a child's funeral. I'm just going to cry with this on repeat for a while.

This song reminds me of my grandma who died in her sleep when I was 8😢 Here’s the story.... My grandma was always there for me,she was always with me feeding me doing everything for me.Mt mom wasn’t taking care of me at the time she was super young.So my grandma was the one who stayed with me all the time,and when I was with her I was always happy...Then one night my big cousin came over to sleepover and we had lots of fun☺️ Then we got tired and went to bed...In the morning we got hungry and we waited for a few and we started dancing to music in the living room.Then we realized that my grandma wad sleeping for a very long time.So we decided to wake her up and we tried and she didn’t we tried pouring water on her and nothing...That’s when we realized she was gone😢It felt like my whole life shattered into a million pieces😢I am now 14 years old and she’s been gone for 5 or 6 years now.I am no longer living at that house and I am getting abused and beaten and everyday I cry and wish that she was here to save me☹️I pray everyday for her.Thank you for listening to my story😢❤️ Edit:Update-Thank you all for all the love and positivity❤️I’m currently living with my aunt and my cousin and I feel so much better😊

No ones gonna read this but this song always reminds me of my dog that passed he was my best friend for 11 years since I was 4 he got me through a lot he was there for me when no one else was. He may not speak to me but Ik he was there for me through it all I love him so much and I always will people will say that dogs are just animals but he was more than an animal he was my best friend and I thought of him as my son every time I took the best care of him and he loves me for it when I would come home he would always be waiting on me in the driveway waiting to run with the car with his tongue hanging out it was his thing I’m crying writing this rn but idc he deserves more than just a day to remember him every month he deserves so much more than this comment too but fly high baby I’ll always love you 🤞🏻💕

This song really gets me to tears. It was the first day of school and I realised my bsf of about 7 years wasn’t there. I didn’t really pay that much attention to it because it was the first day so I thought she was just sick. The next day she wasn’t there, and that turns into weeks then months. I literally cried myself to sleep because I was so scared I wasn’t going to see her again. Nobody knew where she was, not even the teachers so they removed her from all the registers. Around early December, I was waiting in class and I could see her walking into the school and I was so overjoyed!Literally all teachers in the school know how strong me and her friendship are so my kind teacher allowed me to talked to her and give her a hug and turns out she was in a different country visiting some old family members! ❤️

Oh my gosh that must have been awful... I could never imagine going through somthing like that. My only friend was diagnosed with cancer in first grade and passed away in fourth. My teachers bullied my into surpressing my feeling which is why now (8 years later) I suffer from severe depression and social anxiety. But not seeing your friend for a couple of weeks and having to play with your other friend that must have been traumatizing and really heart breaking for you

Your comment hit me pretty hard. My boyfriend of about five months now is the love of my life I love him so much and I can’t imagine my life without him. But half of my family hates him because my cousin got jealous of how perfect our relationship was and made up lies and made them hate him. Community please help me understand this. I've heard this song plenty of times but hearing it like this made me super relaxed but super emotional. I really wanna share this thing that happened to me. That night I had a fight with my mom over a silly matter, and i wanted her to go away, that night i had a nightmare that my mom died, i felt that i was crying hysterically in that dream. When I woke up, I saw my mom beside my bed waking me up, the relief which I got after seeing her in real life was the most satisfied feeling i've ever got. I can't imagine the world without my mom ❤
