Wow to be honest this is the best on stage masquerade dress skirt I have seen on here. If I could suggest something, I would dye the outer layer of the petticoat pink and the inner layer of the petticoat deep purple so when you spin you can see the ombre underneath the skirt.

I made my own pattern- but it's just a simple circle skirt cut into 8 panels!

How much fabric did you end up using for the skirt? I am making the same costume currently and I always over complicate fabric amounts lol

Ugh I totally get you!! Same thing plagues every one of my projects; the mood circle skirt calculator is nice for skirts, otherwise you may need more if your fabric is pre-dyed a certain way. If I remember I think I got 5 or 6 yards, but I have some extra
