Oh WOW Joe!!!!! That is spectacular!! Absolutely stunning. The garland on the staircase is just gorgeous and the tree is amazing. Can’t say enough!! :D
I love the entry tree so much!! Love how you incorporate your heirloom ornaments with the glam ornaments! You’ve give me so many ideas for Christmas next year 2018. You’re the best!! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
OMG! Words escape me! Your home is so beautiful! How long does it take you and Maryanne to get all your beautiful decorations out and how long does it take you to take them down. I see you have all your like color ornaments in separate bins do you wrap each one or do you store them like we see them? Your home should be on a Christmas house tour or on a Christmas card! Thank you for sharing...I look forward to all your video's. You can truly see the love the two of you put in EVERYTHING you do. "MERRY CHRISTMAS "
+Clara Booth Thank you! As for ornaments, speciality go in their original boxes, fragile gets wrapped, balls get layered in single rolls with cushioning between. Picks and such just in like bins...whew!! We start in October. I begin taking down after January 6 and hope to be done by first week if February... Merry Christmas!!!!
This is absolutely stunning! I am a Christmas collector and decorator too. I know how much work and love that goes in to creating the magic. Thank you!
Special ornaments on at least one tree are a must. Im glad you shared it with us. I love the snow theme. I am a winter/snow/christmas aholic soooo...Love
OK so here is the influence you had on me. I have 6 trees in varying sizes and themes in my living room. LOL I also have and treasure some glass ornaments like yours that have come down through the family. The people are all gone now but I think of them as I decorate. Be well you two.........Sue
You have truly gone for the elegant look this year...and you have succeeded just perfectly!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it Joe and Mary Ann! Thank you so much for making these videos!
Incredible Joe! Just brilliant. What a super collection. So so talented. I bet you will be glad when you have everything up and admire your work. super.
This is spectacular!!!! Omg I am in love!!! I just subscribed and I would love if you did the same god I better kick up my Christmas yours is amazing!!!
Wow Joe! I can't think of what I all wanted to mention! That ball on top of the tree, to make the snowflakes on the walls, genius!! Your layering is amazing!! As I saw your penguins on the steps, and you mentioned wanting to add to it, how about if you make little squares of cardboard as ice, cover with white paint or cardstock, and add glitter? Or ice big enough for one or two of them to sit on?! I love how you talked about ornaments that mean so much to you & MaryAnn, from first being married, and throughout the years, and also your childhood, and MaryAnn's grandparents! Trimming that tree alone would of made me tired for a week! You do an amazing job of decorating!! I am loving seeing your beautiful Home! Thank you! Sue
Joe, you captured the snow globe effect! Love all your Christmas ornaments. The story behind your antique ornaments was really nice, thank you for sharing.
You and Maryann did a amazing job, the tree and decorations are just stunning. I cant imaging decorating a 12ft tree, I just bought a 9ft tree and got overwhelmed trying to decorate the top which I couldnt reach with a ladder, had to get the hubby and neighbor to help, lol. Oh I found a rotation ornament hook that spins around and around and it gives the tree movement. I put a chrystal seahorse ornament and everyone loves it. I found the rotating ornament hooks at Target for only $3 so easy to just pull out a light bulb from the string and pop it in its place, but the lights cannot be LED,s, the old type of string lights and you can put 3 rotating hooks to a string. It would be amazing on your trees or garland.
+niane ulmer oooohhhh thank you! I had them and they broke. I bought six for 50 dollars and none worked..that's why I don't have them..I'm going to Target tomorrow! Thanks!!
OH Your so welcome, I bought 1 Wal-Mart brand holiday time it last only a few seconds so I bought 1 Target WonderShop brand so far it been going for 4 days straight, thats why I suggest Target for the ornament spinners, went back today and bought 8 more for next year tree. Yes its good to have great neighbors for those high up places us short people cant get too
Our CHRISTMAS 🌲 TREE brings up many memories too. You have out done yourselves Joe and Mary Ann ❄️ it is unbelievable that you can transform your home into a winter wonderland with such elegance! I am overwhelmed by the Beauty of this Tree

Came up in my feed so had to watch again!❄️☃️❄️...love the huge snowflakes, the ball at the top making the globe affect. In my opinion the vintage colored balls make the tree!!

Very nice Joe! That must have taken hours! I especially love the vintage glass balls. I had a small collection of some from my parents and lost track of them somehow...you and Maryann sound very sentimental about your collection. Me too, Christmas gets me every time! Take a break now, you deserve It! Amazing and grand!
+KayCee Hawkins thank you, it's gets tough sometimes thinking about the past but I have to put in on the shelf while I'm decorating..if I sit and cry I won't get done!! Merry Christmas!!!
ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! You have outdone yourself this year my friend. Everything looks Beautiful. I can only imagine how breathtaking it is in person. Thanks for all your hard work as I know it is quite the undertaking to do. We have 17 trees here in our home as its decked out through out the house as well as the yard too. Its so much hard work but so worth it in the end. Curious as to where you got the snowflake light in the top of the tree. I would love to get that and do on my porch!
+JJ Guy hi wow sounds beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing that with me!!! Isn't just so great!. The snowball light was purchased at Loews Home Improvement..it is about twenty bucks! Have a Merry Christmas!!
Amazing Joe ! Your home is filled with such love ! You and Mary Anne are such an inspiration. Just when I think oh maybe I won't put out so many decorations this year up pops another video from you. After I watch you and your talent, ad your beautiful keepsake ornaments, it inspires me to get ours out ! Thank You again for another wonderful video. :-)
+Joanne Agee yes I know what you mean, I was cutting back this year, way back..but...lol...actually last year I had 22 trees and this year just 12 so I kind of did I guess...anyway we have to do what makes us happy. When it's not fun any longer or physically it mentally possible then it's time to move on.. take care, have fun no matter what you do!!

Hi Joe. What a gorgeous tree!!!!and gorgeous everything!!!! The best part is being able to sit down and totally enjoy your fabulous work! don't u love to sit quietly at nite and just take it all in? Beautiful Joe !!:'(
First, I was so relieved to get the notice for this video. It had been so long since your last one that I was worried you might be under the weather. Glad to know that all is well. Now, as for this "room" ... I absolutely LOVE it! I'm telling you, as verbose as I am, your decorating so often leaves me speechless! This is so awesomely beautiful I almost can't stand it. This is the BEST of the best!
+Sandra Hall hahahaha thank you thank you!!! I'm so happy you like it really, and thanks for your concern.i have piriformis syndrome and some days are unbearable...thanks as always!!!
You said this was "a lot of work". I'm trying to figure out what you do that isn't "a lot of work"! LOL! What a stunning and beautiful tree. You and MaryAnn are going to need a vacation after all this is done! I may have to learn a new language in order to express how fabulous all your effort and imagination is as far as I'm concerned. I look forward to your videos and thank you again for sharing. I just can't imagine the time this must take. Now I'm rambling....this is what happens to me when I view your videos! I hope you get some rest but at the same time can't wait to see more! Blessings to you both.
+suz salter lol. Yes I need a vacation! But I'm almost done and happy to have done it all. As always thank you so much for your appreciation of the decor!!! Take care!

I hope you and Mary Ann had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I have been looking forward to this video and was so happy to see it pop up in my notifications. Stunning as always!
Joe, I can see how this would be so overwhelming, but the end must be so fulfilling to you both! I love it! Thank you for sharing with us all once again.
Hi Joe, the tree is so beautiful! And the fact that it holds the ornaments of both Maryann & your past and present makes it even more special. Thanks for sharing.
I love everything you did its just breath takingly beautiful but your tree Im in love with and thats because your tree is full of love and memories and I love a heart felt tree the ornaments that you hand-pick because of a memory and your heirloom ornaments that you put on there from your family that has been past down and has alot of meaning and memories. I have ornaments that have been past down to me and Ive bought some that has a story and my kids ornaments that they made at school and I cherish every little thing on my tree,so when I seen yours and the story behind it,it really warmed my heart. I also put the stringy icicles on mine cause for me its not a tree until its on there cause it was a part of my past. May you and your family have a blessed Christmas.
+Gracie York thank you so much. When all is said and done Christmas is the memories in our hearts..I'm glad you enjoyed this, thank you again! Merry Christmas
+Sophie Penny thanks, upi mean the decor on the steps? Yes almost every thing other than the traditional ornaments on the tree have been changed.. thanks again
+Linda Bell Hi I did answer I don't know where though? Lol. Unfortunately, we had a conflict of time, the set up would have been ok, but the tear down is an inconvenient time for me. But, I am recreating that tree in my dining room, actually today!
I love the way u use lot of snowflakes and icicles ornaments...those silver branches giving me inspiration how to deco for the next 2020-2021 xmas decorations...actually im about to take my xmas tree down in shortly...n im so exited to deco xmas decorations again after watching this video...merry xmas n happy new year guys😁✌...
Hi thank you. I'm not sure if you saw my videos for 2019 yet but I redid the snow look in the foyer again but much more white and silver no other colors. I used the snowflakes going up the stairs. Check it out! Thanks again Happy New Year
My goodness, you've been working hard! You sound out of breath! But, your efforts and talents are so well-displayed on this "memorable" tree. I have some of the precious old ornaments from my grandmother and my mom, and really treasure them as you do yours. Joe, it's always great to see another video from you. We all love watching them and learning from you about how to make truly stunning creations. Thanks ever so much for sharing! Hope you and MaryAnn had a chance to rest a little over Thanksgiving.
+Cindy Nees thank you we did have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Funny you heard my heavy breathing, the end of the video was taken at 330 AM, that just after I finished that tree... thanks again
Omg the snowflake projectors is awesome. I have a load of the vintage balls. We Haven started decorating yet. My hubby brought down the outdoor lights. He is starting with them on Thursday. I am probably starting it over the weekend. Our tree goes up in a couple weeks. We always get a real one. My hubby freaks out if we don't. He is such a purist. Have a wonderfully day. Thanks so much for sharing. I appreciate your efforts.
+Stacy Lamb yes I get that alot. Some people will say to me, but your trees aren't real, I say, yes of course, I'd kill them too quickly what with my lights and tons of ornaments..but in reality, nothing beats a real tree..have fun!
OMG - I still have the red yellow and blue ombre decorations we had in the 60's & 70's! Mine are in a parlous state sadly as I don't think they had the best care when transported back to the UK when we came back in the 70's
+mark cooke hi! Well at least you still have them..I have some older items in poorer condition but I still love to put them out!! Thank you so much for watching and commenting!
+Leni R I didn't video it but I'll tell you...I got this big plastic snowflakes from the Dollar tree and just placed to my liking and used tree branches to secure it. For the snow globe I had to use a light bulb socket which I got at home Depot and wired it on a stick to the tree trunk..it's really easy to achieve good luck if you try it! Hope this was helpful
Joseph Cinque - I have been collecting ornaments for 23 years now and have finally graduated to a 9 foot tree. ;-) This is very inspiring! I love how you've combined everything,- but anchor it to your other decor. Truly wonderful!
