my first attempt at making my own Sage & Onion stuffing balls, I did add sausagemeat but found that I needed to at least double the quantity (it's all we had!) but thats noted in the vlog.
I am planning to make more for our Christmas dinner....

Airfryer Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls x10
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil (your choice)
1 large onion, finely chopped
(I used 2 small)
1 bayleaf
1 garlic clove
11/2 tbsp/22g fresh Sage, finely chopped
110g-150g fresh Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg, lightly beaten
(I used 2 small)
Sausagemeat - optional
(I used 2, def need minimum 4)
*heat butter & oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, bay & a pinch of salt - gently fry for 15mins over a low heat until the onions are softened and translucent. Add the garlic & sage and fry for 1 min. Leave to cool for 10 +mins.
*Once cooled, stir in the beaten egg and sausagemeat (if adding), before adding the breadcrumbs a bit at a time, you may need more than 110g if adding more sausagemeat. Season to taste. Divide in 10/12 balls, place in basket & brush with oil.
*ROAST setting 205c/400f 10mins (or 5ish mins if freezing)
