Nate, I always feel so connected to you. My Mom was a single Mom with 5 children. One that had a terrible accident and became severely disabled. She worked 2 jobs to make life happen for us the best she could. We were poor but we were loved! I miss my Mom everyday. Enjoy every moment with your family! Your kind gesture brought tears to my eyes.
You giving that mom money made me tear up. I grew up poor too and my mom would put our gifts on layaway at Walmart. My mom didn’t drive and one year she bought my sister and I bicycles so when she paid them off, we went with her to pick them up and rode them home. Your mom is the sweetest and seeing her smile brings me joy. You’re such a good son!
