Chaos gives you so many bomb upgrades because it doesn’t actually get rid of item pools entirely. Instead, every pedestal rolls first for one of the game’s 14 item pools no matter the room it is in, and then for an item within that pool to display. Since the Bomb Bum item pool has an equal chance to show up with all other pools, you get way more bomb upgrades. It’s also the reason why you get proportionally more Guppy items with Chaos, as they occupy multiple pools and thus have a higher chance to show up.
Ventricle Razor is really good actually, cause Isaac is invincible while he is in that jumping animation when he comes out of a hole, meaning Blood Donations Machines, Devil beggars and Spike Doors are free if you plop two holes next to them.
pretty sure chaos does that with bomb upgrades is because it doesn't merge pools, it just picks randomly from them - since bomb upgrades are in a decent amount of pools - ex item, bomb beggar, etc it often picks them
Love how he gets devil deal at 38% Literally gets devil deal every floor Meanwhile I don't see a devil deal for 2 floors, get my devil deal to 80%+ chance and it doesn't spawn again lol
Chaos and bomb upgrades actually work exactly as designed. Chaos mixes all the item pools together. And since the bomb ups are in sooo many pools they're much more likely to show up. It's the same reason guppy is a lot more likely with chaos
I think making the game more difficult is really great, as well as seeing so many new enemies/items/bosses. Although a fair amount of the items are stupid/overcomplicated, I still really enjoy it. Great run Hutts!
Every item is Bag Start with Sack Head The room with spikes is a Cursed room, the room with a Spike in the Middle is a Sacrifice room Buster has pretty good bomb immunity even with boss killing bombs, his whistles are Dry cause he probably has Chapped lips

The Cyst item that gave you 10x damage for the first tear each room would be broken with Rock Bottom from Antibirth. It would go from 4 to 40 then to 400 and so on.
Well thats not how rock bottom worked... it would just be 40 cuz your actual stats (the ones without rock bottom) are still the ones being affected by items, the stats you USE with rock bottom is just the highest amount that stat has been that run since you picked up rock bottom
Chaos is weird, to put it kinda simply it gives equal weight to each item pool and there's a dedicated item pool for bombs (bomb beggar) on top of other ways you can get them.
I love how challenging the rooms look. Can you give tips on how to avoid dying??? The new monsters are much dealer than I expect.. you make it look easy.
For Repentance we need the Eternal bosses to return. If you don't know what that is, look up the original BoI and look at the "Eternal" variants of every boss. If you don't want all that work, basically they're infinite pain
its funny because harbingers are actually good and can kick ass sometimes like the locusts are useful as hell even the explosive ones yeah theres a chance you'll get exploded but its not very likely to experience unpreventable damage cause of it
Today i got tractor beam, crickets head, 5 firerate, proptosis and godhead with the keeper (tripleshot-shotgun) and then lost to hush because the screen was filled with tears that i couldnt see through. I cried.
I want more :D Also theirs secrets in fiend folios thats can be access through console commands I think one of those secrets are is you say *spawn peat*
Not going to lie, in spite of what Hutts says, 7 Seals has been instrumental in me winning some runs. That said I completely understand his distaste for, not everyone likes explosive items. Also you need to actually have skill to not get bombed by Lil' War Kappa
2:15 kinda gave me some asmr vibes and now i want an isaac run that´s like really soft and quiet for some reason ? I think this game has officially lost all apprehensiveness for me
