And it was poor, because they forgot, that the 2 color process changes some colors. The system wasn't by Technicolor and so no consultant told the people, what colors can be shown and what not.

I was glad that Grampy saved the day by making a brand-new Christmas for the children! He even saved Betty Boop in the short film called "House Cleaning Blues" that was released in 1937.
Scratches and specs do not qualify for a "restoration." A scan is just the first step. The actual restoration was done by Fabulous Fleischer Cartoons, and that version has been aired on METV.
