I never thought to just cut dough into rectangles. I will definitely do this. My children loved for us to bake cookies and decorate them. Now it’s my grandchildren baking with me.❤
That's so beautiful, three generations of bakers. I hope the grandchildren find the colours attractive. A tip - avoid using a pizza cutter - while it's so easy to cut, they bake 'wonky'. Thank you so much for watching Karen happy baking ☺️
This is really a unique idea. I.never would have thought of this way to eliminate the process of rerolling dough scraps that you have using traditional cookie cutters. It seems faster and very little waste. Quality of the dough is better, not rerolling. I love baking sugar cookies, and your designs are so unique. I am going to be using royal icing...i have piped frosting but not royal icing. Many new cookie adventures! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I subscribed, and I am very impressed with this idea.
