I've been a cake decorator for about 40 years and have just folded back the bag edge to fill it. Putting it in a vase is brilliant! And a trip to the hardware store is definitely in my future. Thanks! This is so cute.
I made my first faux whipped cream on top of a small Santa mug. I used basically the same idea, but I didn't have a styrofoam ball so I used a ribbon cardboard inside the mug, and then I used the thin round slice of styrafoam and it worked just fine. I'm confused because I used the light spackle and even mixed it with white paint to make it smoother, but it wouldn't come out of my piping bag. It was an old one, I don't even remember where I got it from. So, I had to use my finger to push it through the star tip, but I still got a pretty good result, except it's just not high enough. I put real sprinkles on it and dusted it with pumpkin pie spice, so it smells good as well. Thanks for the inspiration. You're so talented, and one of my favorite video crafters. This is cute. I make faux drinks, mainly using Plaster of Paris and my own sprinkles using polymer clay. This is a good alternative if you don't want to use the cup permanently. Thanks for sharing.

Great job!! I watched a video from 2017 and I called her the O G of this. You can add paint, she added white to make it really white or whatever flavor you want. If I have the time, I want to do a hot cocoa station with the faux whipped cream for decorations. TFS. ❤️💯👏🏼👍🏼🧁
Yes, I have been adding paint to the spackling for many years. Especially when making cupcakes. 😊 I was taught to make fake food from a very young age.
Oh thank you, thank you❣️. I couldn't keep mine from falling in the ball is perfect!! I did though notice if you color with paint using chalk paint works the best it keeps it airy the acrylic watered it down
