A great use of the pots for the lovely lanterns. Maybe if someone had tapered square pots they could dobthe same thing but invert the pots and put the pole through the bottom to look like they rest onto a pavement. The invention and brilliant ideas are endless in this vlog. Well done.

Oh my word, the lamposts are an awesome idea, something you can style any way you like: elegant, rusctic shabby chic, Dickens; winter, spring, summer, fall; with or without little scenes, in all sorts of containers. Many stires carry the lightweight urns---I've bought mine at Dollar General. You'd need to put something a little weighty into the bottom before you foam it up (that foam was SO Dr. Seuss before you trimmed it!) or it would tip, & heavy lanterns wouldn't work, but those urns are definitely inexpensive, if a little flimsy. Or you could do like the inspiration piece and layer pieces of wood or even styrofoam to create a base. Wonderful decorative piece! The pillows were lovely, too, and so many ways to make the wreath on them. If yoou wanted to actually use them (I don't like a pillow behind me but some folks do!) you could print the bows on the fabric & them maybe ad some trim at the edges. But that price? Ridiculous! And yours are at least as pretty! You looked like you were having such fun w/ these 2 dupes, made me want to rush out & make them myself. But first...putting away the Halloween stuf & getting some pumpkins going and...
I see you like the lush and elegant look. I do like pretty and high end and you did an excellent job creating that White House, Windsor Castle, extravagant mansion look. Everyone has their own tastes. While elegant and beautiful these are a little too over the top for me. But I will use your method to create some lanterns more fitting to my style. Its not quite so grandiose but elegant and beautiful nonetheless. Thanks for the idea. Now I am anxious to watch some of your other dupe vidios. I appreciate that you decorate for yourself and your family first rather than to impress others. That must be so or you would not have made these lovely pillows that you meet to remove when guests will actually be sitting in the chairs. Will you put the other pillows back on those occasions for the comfort of your guests?
