I am not a brown and tan w lil gold Christmas decor person I remember reading people use red and green in later centuries to symbolise the meaning of Christ at Christmas Red is for reminding us of Christ's sacrifice for us when He suffered and shed His blood for forgiveness of our sins Green reminds us of His sacrifice so we can have eternal life We use the evergreen 🌲 trees to remind us of that also In conclusion I choose to use red and green to remind me to keep Christ in Christmas
I so agree that we always need to remember the reason for the season. I'm using taupes and silver in my bedrooms but red and green in my common areas. All colors are beautiful!!!
