Our tradition is my husband reads Luke 2 KJV before we open presents, once a s family and again when my Grandson comes over! I want him to ALWAYS know and remember that we celebrate Christmas because Jesus was born and there would be no need for the holiday if he hadn’t come to save us. Everything is so beautiful. I have been watching videos and trees to get an idea here and there. I am adding one tree this year and maybe 1 more!😉

We go to our church’s Candlelight Service on Christmas Eve. We also go to my in laws afterwards to eat (many times our Pastors family joins us for dinner) and then just before we open presents we listen to my Father-in-law read Luke 2. Very special memories!

I absolutely love yalls tradition of throwing Jesus a Birthday party! That is so special! We have many traditions, but one of my favorites I started with my husband (we actually started the year we got engaged) is picking out an ornament for the year! Each one symbolizes something about our year. I love seeing our ornaments every year and reminiscing on years past! Christmas is such a magical time! Your home is beautiful, Amy! Amy!!! Happy Anniversary to me. I met you a year ago at about this time. I too, have the juniper branches and they look so natural. I have to say that this is my favorite holiday video. LOVED the traditional music in the background. I’m a nurse, and my day was stressful. You put my soul at peace. Love how God is such an integral part of your decor. Thank you for making me smile. Christmas Eve we have family over for finger foods and then read about the birth of Jesus. We sing Christmas carols some times and if there are little ones there we read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. When I was little my Grandmother would recite this by memory. She did this until she was 80 so my children got to enjoy this too. I will continue this tradition when I have grandchildren some day. Your decor is beautiful as always.

Hiya Amy 🙋🏼‍♀️.our family Christmas tradition is when my son visited Santa we would then go buy a bauble for the Christmas tree that was his special bauble .he’s now 23 and although he’s not been to see Santa for many years we still have gone for a Christmas hot chocolate or lunch and shop for a special bauble.so this year he has his our Christmas tree in his and his girlfriends home so all the special baubles are going to be put on their Christmas tree .his girlfriend loves this tradition I’ve started and this year we all went Christmas “special bauble shopping”.❤️👍🏻god bless you and your family stay safe .🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

U have excellent taste..I love modern , yet ur style is minimalist n absolutely gorgeous..love the tree n scriptures....love ur tradition w/ ur kids/fam..what better than to teach Jesus His love...I am single no kids...my mom (before she passed)..adored Christmas n decorated with joy...I don’t decorate, yet love seeing others who do. U r a blessing. My tradition is to find a family n bless a child ...even if it’s only $25 / tell them that Jesus loves them ..will never leave nor forsake them💕🙏🏽🥰Jesus is Lord

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! One tradition we do is we get our children ornaments from hallmark for the hallmark tree every year and on the day after Thanksgiving they get they. They LOVE it and really look forward to it every year

Every year we dress the kids I'm chriy jams, pop popcorn, and make hot cocoa and drive around the neighborhoods listening to carols looking at lights with snacks, it's so fun
