Hey Joan! I'm just glad to see you. You're like the best friend that lives far away. I love the deals that you get and you're so creative in how you use your products. I'm on a smoothie kick using bananas, spinach, peeled and chopped apples. Also 1 cup of milk and about 3 tablespoons of honey. My acid reflux is now almost nonexistent. Much love!❤
