I compliment you on your exquisite taste! Everything is beautiful! Even more I compliment you on providing your daughter with such a warm and special place to call home! She is able to make some wonderful memories there I'm sure! You are a good and loving Mother to that blessed young lady! As far as the privacy issue goes you are also a smart Mom! Sierra thank you! I was going for the comfy look it has always been the way I wanted my home to look. All of my furniture or 70% is from garage sales! I can talk about that in another video but Im so glad you love it ❤️💚

I love the warm rustic feel of your home. My 15 yo old sons room has that warm cozy feel done in brown. tan, w pops if red, sort of that Woolrich woodland vibe . I love the comfy feel whenever I go in his room. I did his Christmas decor today and he loved it when he got in from school 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

First time I went into a Dollar Tree (11yrs ago) I thought I went to heaven. I buy all toiletries and cleaning products there. I don't recommend their tinfoil by the roll (sheets of foil fine) but that's abt it !

+Mark Jillhoust your welcome......even DT heavy duty foil isn't great , same w paper towel and TP......too thin imo. They have a lot more name brands now.

I've tried to find the DVD of a fireplace w/music for my xmas eve advent bag. I wanted it showing the tree and mantel and all they show is the fire itself. I watched this vid and said omg there it is. Of course you'd have to film an hr then loop it...ah well. Beautiful as a postcard! Love it, love you tfs!

I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum with house tours( than most people), for me it's a sense of security. Why would I want the entire internet to know exactly how my home is laid out? That's none of their business or concern, and would probably make me feel a little too exposed. So I can completely understand your being leery of a full tour. That being said, I greatly appreciate your sharing these spaces with us, they are all absolutely beautiful! You have such an amazing eye for this and it's to the point that if you lived anywhere near the east coast I'd hire you in a heartbeat - even if you weren't a professional, I'd just love to walk around dollar spots and thrift shops with you to see what you pick out. I tried very hard this year, but even though I have a lot of ideas I just can't execute them (due to either time or creative energy) so it always turns out looking the same. The only room decorated is the living room, and that just means the tree is up. The rest of the house has nothing in it, something I really would like to change but have absolutely no idea on how. Sorry for the longer post, but either way you've done an amazing job and I can't wait to see whats next in this series (or any upcoming season for that matter).

I'm new to your site. I love your Christmas Tree with the bird house on top. I know it's only July but I'm going to be making my own ornaments this year and I'm going with a nature theme birds,wreaths,pinecones etc. Seeing the top of your tree has definetly got me inspired.
