Correction: the grip mats are made out of photopolymer and they are like our clear photopolymer stamps. In the video I said silicon by mistake. For close-up photos and visual list of supplies you can also visit my blog post here: clips-n-cuts.com/2023/07/new-grip-mats/
I love how you used just one of the stamps in each card and older stamp sets and dies to make the most of the products. Thank you so much for sharing the beautiful cards with us.
I think the way you used your older stamp sets and dies is just wonderful! I always appreciate seeing you use things you already have in your stash. These are beautiful and very sweet looking cards. Thank you for sharing the new products today too!
These cards are beautiful. I love the way you split up the “stamps” to make so many cards from one stenciling. And the addition of the die cut poinsettias with them is lovely.
I really like these cards. Thank you for show casing the Waffle Flower grip mats. They are a great product. Your cards are always perfect and practical for the crafter.
On Christmas card they read as snow …. I love splatters everywhere 😂 but especially on Christmas projects they really add that extra something ❤ plus they always fill blank spaces 😅
I really like the products you showed us. U always teach us simple things that just make the card. Putting the green layer at a slant, the little dot on the reindeer nose and the white splatters add so much to your cards. Thank u.
Love these! Your sense for design is as always impressive! Very inspiring - the possible variations seem endless, and I can use the material I already have. I will definitely give these a go. 😊
Howdy Vicky, ooh what a great presentation. I didn't pull my eyes away (well, only for a moment to click on links for this, yes, game changing grip mat (I'll keep my eyes open for it as it's not available yet - Pre-Order). Christmas in July - love it. These cards are terrific. Thank you for sharing. wow grip mat fantastic 🙂
Vicky, these cards are absolutely gorgeous! I love the vintage old timey Christmas feel to them! I’m soooo excited about these new mats! I gave up using magnets ages ago because they always moved on me and never held the cardstock in place and often caused the door to my platform to not close properly. I just held my card stock in place with removable tape runner (learned that from you) or washi tape. So this photopolymer mat is going to be a game changer! YAY! 🎉🎉🎉 Thanks for sharing your favorite size. ❤️🥰❤️
Beautiful cards…Thank you so much for the tutorial using the stencils. I am new to stenciling. Like the postage stamps and die set. Like the grip mats also. New subscriber😊😊😊
Very nice! I must confess, I've not used layering stencils, but these turned out lovely. I like how you show us ways to step up a project from ok to Wow!
Thank You Vicki This is Great !!!!! I would love to see Stamperia get on the ball and come out with a Bee Collection , Any thing that has to do with Bees
You can try white calligraphy ink, there are many brands available and they all stay crisp white. I have use Winsor and Newton and now I have a liquitex one, both are great.
usually I go with white gesso or white paint diluted with water or lately I find calligraphy white ink is great as it stays nice and vibrant not mixing with the colors underneath
Keep in mind they are made out of different materials and the gelli plate is twice as thick as the grip mat. So it doesn’t fit inside the misti and it is way more squishy , the grip mat is thinner and more firm. I have yet to try gelli printing techniques on the new mats to see if they can be used for that.
It looks like it but it’s not as thick … I have yet to try the gelli plate techniques on it to see if it can be used that way … I will do some research and experiment and get back with a video on it
