I have my own recipe for gingerbread cookies. It comes from my English grandmother, but it is too spicy for my grandson. (It has fresh cracked black pepper, seriously old fashion recipe.) it’s a little spicy for me and I’m an adult. I have been searching all over for the perfect gingerbread recipe. (For cut out cookies I need something that won’t spread). Is there anything on your channel? Or do you just do all tutorials/videos decorating. I’ve only watched three of your videos so far. I am like hypnotized, you’re amazing! Oh my goodness.

I know I don’t have enough time left in my life to even come close to your talent but I wish I could have learned from you 20 years ago. I am so Impressed with your work, most likely the way anyone seeing your craft is! If only I’d have known, darn! I have been making sugar cookies for my Mum and friends I see at the hospital but I purchased a Bottle of Wilton’s Brand of CHRISTMAS RED. Well, it said it was RED but I only needed a small amount of Icing and used a tooth pick to color the icing. Adding more only made it PINK never getting close to RED! Then I tasted it and the taste was HORRIBLE! Can you tell me what color of RED you use for Decorator Icing that will really turn RED and still be Edible? I am stuck and tried to contact WILTON about the issue then noticed many, many Complaints about the same. Can you advise me on what I can do? Thank You for your help, Jilli P

You could also do videos for ASMR.. with normal speed.. and different music... just search ASMR in utube . I watch gentle whispers .. you do very nice work by the way.
