CHRISTMAS PAINTING TUTORIAL | OLD SLEIGH AND CHRISTMAS TREE 🎄 FOR BEGINNERS

Hi everyone thanks for joining me today! In this step by step tutorial I’ll show you how to paint this Christmas 🎄 and old sleigh 🛷 using the following colours and brushes:
12x16” canvas
White
Sap green
Neon yellow cool and warm
Phthalo blue
Grey
Scarlet red or any red you like!
Neon red (optional)
Lrg blending brush for background
Fan brush
Filbert
Round or liner

This was so interesting to me! Liked that you showed how much the filbert brush can do; your adding phalo blue for the sled tree is a neat idea! The sleigh's runners will be tricky for me, but I'll closely follow your strokes. Thank you! This should be fun! (I also appreciate your soft, not harsh, voice. Some videos I've watched from others sound like they're screeching!)

Awesome tutorial! For the lights I actually found it easier to wet my paintbrush slightly to make the lights look more faded.

Joni I have tried this. I struggled a bit with shape of the branches. I have added lights to the back for the baubles and sleigh which deflects errors. I have given it to my daughter as a Christmas decoration. She loves it. Hope whe doesnt see yours in comparison. Thank you I enjoyed it so much x

Your instructions are really great and glad that you show type of brush all the time cause alot of people just list brushes instead of saying use this for this technique and etc. I've been painting a long while but I still have so much to learn. Attempting to do this painting but my biggest challenge is painting pine trees
