Love the layering of the outfit and the addition of the headband really does draw the whole look together. Also, as you say, there are some great pieces here which can be used to create other looks with different pieces. (Also LOVED the nails - especially those ombre ones!) I love your Christmas ensemble the best because it is so old fashioned. I was wondering why you made the red top underneath with a ruffle on the bottom when you can't see it under the apron, but like you said you can always use it for another occasion and then you would see the ruffle right? I love the white fabric with the holly leaves encircling the hearts. So pretty. I just love the whole outfit it is so Christmasy. Adding the bow and the snowflake gold charm are special as well. Adding the red rickrack to the headband made it more Christmas looking too. I love the touch. How do you like that Hanon Book? I only have her first book, I was not aware of her coming out with a new third book. It didn't look like you changed anything on your Dear Forest Deer Blythe doll yet? Have you? The Santa hat is cute on her. I always love long bloomers on dolls too. You did a fantastic job Beth, and it doesn't surprise me at all with your artistic talents. I love how you sketch out everything ahead of time. I do that too. I love to sketch doll fashions. Guess what? I have not opened up my Deer Forest Dear Blythe yet. I am going to wait till Christmas. I can't believe how good I am being with not opening her up. It is so comforting to know that she will be mine forever. I don't have to worry about not getting my favorite one now anymore. Whew!!!
